Railway axle manufacturing
We manufacture railway axles for passenger and freight cars, trams, metro trains and locomotives. Production follows our own drawing documentation as well as the customer's technical documentation and the applicable railway industry standards.

Modern production technology
MSA Rail operates a modern production line made up of specialised CNC machining centres designed for the manufacture of railway axles. Our plant also runs a wheelset pressing line equipped with a double-sided MAE press. Our modern production technology allows us to reach a production capacity of up to 5,000 axles per year.

Quality is our core pillar
Quality is a core pillar of MSA Rail, s.r.o. We are implementing a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and preparing to obtain the supplier qualification certificate for railway axles and wheelsets for Czech and Slovak railway operators. Selected types of axles and wheelsets will also be certified in line with TSI requirements.
